Nutrition counselling is not simply being told what to eat, what not to eat, which foods are "bad", and what do do to lose weight. It is important we understand that all foods can be enjoyed, and it is more important to look at the bigger picture and how to achieve the right balance.
Many common symptoms such as headaches, hormonal imbalances, skin problems, poor digestion, and low energy can be resolved and managed by changing your diet and lifestyle. You will discover that with nutrition you cannot heal some of the body, without healing all of the body. Often you will set out to improve one symptom, but find others have improved or disappeared in the process.
